Renovation of a municipal facility in Plymouth, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 1/21/2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. for the design and complete installation of a touch-free automatic door opening system for the front bi-fold doors of Town Hall,80 Main Street, Terryville, CT . The Town is looking to have the complete system installed before the end of 2021 and all include all permitting, procurement, installation and labor required. The intention is to keep the existing doors and use new controls and electronics to achieve the actuation. The front door is presently controlled through TYCO access control and the opening system would have to be integrated with that. The system must be touch-free and for both doors of the vestibule. Proposals will be based on upon Contractors schedule, equipment proposed, integration and lump sum installed price. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and to waive and informalities in the best interest of the Town.
