The Knoxville Utilities Board will be receiving bids for the Fiber Building Site Foundation The outside of the sealed box / container / envelopes containing the response shall be clearly marked with the bid name, bid control number, bid due date and time. All communications concerning this project shall be addressed to Zach Breeding at Zachary.breeding@kub.org. 1. SUMMARY The Work is entitled FY24 Fiber Building Site Foundations, Control Number: 3353 Description of Work KUB is requesting a contractor to perform grading and associated sitework for the installation of concrete pads, handholds and conduits for future communications buildings at 110 Clifton Rd NW(Ball Camp), 113 Wrinkle Ave(South Knox), 114 Tazewell Pike(Luttrell) and 1334 Morrell Road (Rocky Hill). Fencing will need to be placed at 110 Clifton Ave NW prior to site work. Once site prep is completed at the remaining sites and Shelters have been set fencing will need be placed. 2. LOCATION OF WORK The work will take place just outside of the electric substations at 140 Luttrell RD (MY) 10441 Old Rutledge Pike(HM) 6924 Middlebrook Pike(WH) 616 N Concord St(LN) 5117 Crippen Rd (CR) these sites will have access from existing gravel driveways leading to the substations.
