Renovation of a multi-residential development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Housing Nova Scotia is looking to engage a Design-Build (D-B) team to facilitate roof replacement. Work under this contract consists of the design and construction of a new conventional roofing assembly at 3792 Novalea Drive, Halifax. The completed work shall provide a durable, water and air tight assembly with continuous thermal insulation and adequate rain water drainage. The work may commence immediately and be substantially completed by March 30, 2022. The site will be available for construction immediately. The contract for this work will consist of a CCDC Document 14 - 2013 Design Build Stipulated Price Contract.
