This project has been awarded to the following contractors: General Contractor: David Parrill Construction, $633,400 (Base Bid and Alternate 4) Pool Contractor: Associated Pool Builders, $1,083,000 (Base Bid) Electrical Contractor: Western Edge Electric, $195,800 (Base Bid) Mechanical Contractor: Central Mechanical, $211,000 (Base Bid) Project no: 210383 The scope of work generally consists of replacement of the indoor pool and related equipment. Interior renovations include finishes and windows at the pool area, storage room, locker rooms, office, and classroom. HVAC and plumbing related work at the renovation areas. Electrical upgrades to include new service panels and lighting/power improvements at renovation areas. Exterior improvements include demolition and grading. Construction will be allowed to start immediately upon award of a contract. Substantial completion for the project is expected to be late Summer 2022. Bid Form, Bid Security, Contractor License. Each Bidder shall submit a Bid Security in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the Bid, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in North Dakota; the security shall be for the highest amount of the Bidder's total bid combination. All bonds shall comply with North Dakota Century Code, including Chapter 48-01 as amended. If proving a cashier's check for the bid security, it must be delivered to the Schools Main Office by the bid opening deadline. Each Bidder shall hold a current and valid North Dakota Contractor's License of the proper class issued by the Secretary of State.
