Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 90,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

As of September 14, 2023, a general contractor has been identified and groundbreaking took place on September 7, 2023. Expected opening January 2025. This project is to construct a new 90,000 SF multi-purpose indoor facility located to the south of Brooks Stadium. Program elements include a full sized synthetic turf athletic field with high ceilings, coaches towers, training room, video recording platforms, lighting and sound systems, restrooms and storage space.
