The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Trench Excavation, Bedding, & Backfill, Installing/Replacing Sanitary Piping, Installing Manholes, Trench Resurfacing, Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining, & Temporary Traffic Control All work at the Milwaukie Station Food Cart Pod is to be completed by April 28, 2023. All work is to be completed by July 31, 2023. All bids shall be submitted on the furnished Bid Submission Packet in an email plainly identifying the project name, project number, bid opening time and date, bidders name, bidders contact information, and contractors license number. All bids shall be submitted in the prescribed form and said manner as indicated in the Information for Bidders. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond executed in favor of the City of Milwaukie in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The Engineers Estimate ranges from $837,000 to $977,000. No bid will be considered unless the bid contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the Contract.
