For OLCC Warehouse and Headquarters Relocation The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for this solicitation is Yulia Niece, Procurement Contract Specialist, 971-719-3087, yulia.niece@das.oregon.gov. All questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and directed to the SPOC. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a CM/GC Contract for the OLCC Warehouse and Headquarters Relocation project (located in Canby, OR) for the benefit of Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC). The work contemplated under this contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all pre-construction and construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. This contract is for a Public Works subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Proposal(s) may be rejected if not in compliance with solicitation procedures and requirements. Any or all Proposal(s) may be rejected if in the public interest to do so. Bid Bond: 10% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Completion Date: June 30, 2025
