Site work for a road / highway in Carlsbad, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Carlsbad is soliciting proposals, on behalf of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, from firms interested in custom designing, constructing and installing three (3) separate LED Digital Signs to be located at each of the City's three main entrance points. The signs will serve to welcome travelers and tourists to Carlsbad. The signs will be located at the entrance to the City from the East (Highway 62), from North (Highway 285) and from the Southeast on (Highway 285). Precise placement of each sign will be determined at a later date. The project will include designing, constructing and installing each of the three (3) LED signs as well as a custom structure to support and serve as a stand or base for supporting and elevating each sign per the specifications provided in the RFP. Work will include site preparation, all applicable construction permits, including but not limited to the Construction Industries Division, NMDOT and any other required permitting.
