Project consists of -Fire system replacement to be performed in a 30+ year old, 3 supported level precast parking structure that consists of four (4) stair/elevator towers and multiple smaller enclosed spaces. General work items include horn/strobe replacement, heat detector replacement, smoke detector replacement, fire system panel replacement, fire pump sensor installation, remove and replace all exposed conduit for fire equipment, cap and abandoned in place all conduit routed through concrete, etc. Specific work items include obtaining all necessary permits required to perform the work, submitting system to FM Global Insurance for acceptance, connecting system back to the existing panel board in the terminal per the drawings, and coordinating with elevator manufacture for any existing/new system connections to the existing elevators.
