Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 09/20/2021 No start and end date. The owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities. The project includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools and equipment, and incidentals for the complete and proper installation of LED Lighting in Transit Sheds T-5, T-4, & T-2, replacing existing fluorescent luminaires, as indicated in the contract documents. All work is located on the North Carolina State Ports Authority property at the Port of Wilmington T-5, T-4, and T-2 is the Base Bid, LED Retrofits 1st floor in the Maritime Building is Additive Alternate #1 and LED Retrofits 2 nd floor in the Maritime Building is Additive Alternative #2 Bid for this project.
