Site work for a mixed-use development in Suwanee, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Forsyth County will receive sealed bids for: providing all materials, equipment and labor for the emergency repair of approximately 800 l.f. of soft service trail at Chattahoochee Pointe Park, 5790 Chattahoochee Pointe Drive, Suwanee, GA 30024. Work to include removal of vegetation from trail, correct drainage channels at footbridges, and install 2" of crushed slate to the trail. ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY OCTOBER 8, 2021. Questions shall be submitted to Donna H. Kukarola at dhkukarola@forsythco.com and to be given consideration, must be received by 10:00 a.m. August 23, 2021.
