Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Suwanee, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
It is the goal of the County to complete the Resealing and Restriping of the South Forsyth Soccer Complex Parking Lot. Protection: Barricade and protect newly finished pavement from traffic until the traffic will not mar the surface or alter the surface texture. Work areas shall be blocked off so public cannot drive or walk into area and remain blocked off until completed. Remove barriers once the area is ready for use. Repair damaged asphalt and potholes in existing park lot areas with an estimated are of 12,393 Square Yards. Sealcoat and Restripe parking lot. Park will be closed during paving project. The measurements are all approximate and are up to the contractor to confirm. Restriping: All pavement markings are to be painted using Sherwin Williams Pro-Park Waterborne Traffic Paint B97 Series or equivalent. Questions Due Date: Aug 1st 2024, 12:00 PM EDT
