The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites bids from qualified contractors to firms to remove and replace concrete in two areas at the Agency's Hemet facility. Contractors shall have the appropriate contractor's license to perform the work. The awarded firm will have 30 days to complete the project from the Notice to Proceed. This is a prevailing wage project and is subject to Davis Bacon and Related Acts. Bidders are responsible to be self-informed regarding the requirements of prevailing wages on Federally funded projects within the State of California and the County of Riverside. This project will be subject to monitoring and enforcement by California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), including the obligation of the successful contractor to submit certified payroll records directly to the DIR Compliance Monitoring Unit (CMU), as well as RTA. RTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or any items or part thereof; or to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids. RTA, in its sole discretion, shall determine the most responsive and responsible bid. The awarded firm will have 30 days to complete the project from the Notice to Proceed No DBE participation goal has been established for this contract
