Services to be performed include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks and incidental and customary work necessary to competently perform on-call plumbing maintenance and repair work at various MJPA facilities. The work will include the provision of a total maintenance and repair program consisting of a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, laying out, installing, replacing, removing, or resurfacing of flooring related components required for municipal buildings and facilities. Services will include, but not be limited to installing, resurfacing, or repairing carpet, vinyl. Hardwood or ceramic tile flooring as well as additional flooring related issues as they arise and the services necessary to insure safe, well-maintained influent, effluent, and closed loop systems for MJPA employees and the public.
