Site work and renovation of a civil project in Caro, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposal 1 : This proposal includes all exterior work, permits, fees, as required, including but not limited to: 1. Soil boring (2) water lines from east side of M-24 to inside the building, one for fire suppression, one for domestic water, connection/tap fees, MDOT permits, excavation. 2. Disconnection of existing underground storage tanks, pumps, etc. 3. Demolition of pump house and flowable fill of abandoned tank. 4. Site restoration at abandoned tank and pump house. 5. It is the intention that this contractor be an excavation company with any subcontractors. 6. Fire suppression/plumbing/electrical disconnects at pump house. Proposal 2: This proposal includes all work on the interior of the building, permits, fees, as required, including but not limited to: 1. Fire suppression revisions. 2. Plumbing revisions. 3. Electrical revisions. 4. Fire suppression contractors shall be prime contractor and obtain any/all subcontractors, who are to be included. 5. Patch and repair concrete floor slab. 6. Patch and repair interior as required for other trades.
