Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Caro, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
City of Caro (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: City Hall Parking Lot Project The Project includes the following Work: Constructing a new parking lot for city hall. Parking lot work will include curbing, storm sewer and storm water management, HMA paving, decorative lighting, landscaping, and other related site work. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1,720 Syd Aggregate Base 400 Ton HMA Pavement 694 Ft Curb and Gutter 1,430 Sft Sidewalk 261 Ft Storm Sewer and Underground Detention System Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. City of Caro, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
