Check made payable to Stafford Township. Payment must be received prior to obtaining said specifications either by mail or in person. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may be examined at the Township of Stafford. Bid submission procedures: Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. Bids will not be accepted after 2PM prevailing time on September 1, 2021. But not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
