GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The project consisting of approxi-mately 5,772 SY of HMA Milling, 3 inches or less, 325 tons of HMA 19M64 Stabilized Base Course, 4-inch thick, 835 SY of 6-inch DGA, 1,119 tons of HMA Surface Course 9.5M64, 2-inch thick, three (3) drainage inlets, 751 LF of curb, 250 LF of 8-inch drainage pipe, including road restriping, restoration, landscaping and cleanup. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may be examined at the Township of Stafford, Purchasing Department, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor Room 276, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050. BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. BID MUST BE ADDRESSED AND DELIVERED TO: Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Bids will not be accepted after 2PM prevailing time on July 7, 2021.
