Renovation of a water / sewer project in Stafford Township, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All bids rejected. In general, the work on this project consists of rehabilitating an existing sanitary sewer pump station system, named Bay Avenue Sanitary Sewer Station (PS), in the Township of Stafford, Ocean County, New Jersey. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may be examined at the Township of Stafford, Purchasing Department, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor Room 276, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050. Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Remington & Vernick Engineers, in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents. Required bidder information can be found in the bid documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY
