Heliene Warehouse and Production Facility Addition Mountain Iron EDA will receive bids for the Heliene Facility Expansion subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH). Bids will be on a Lump Sum basis. Owner will receive, by mail or personal delivery at the Mountain Iron City Hall (8586 Enterprise Drive South, Mountain Iron, MN 55768), sealed bids from qualified bidders at which time bids will be opened and tabulated according to law. Enclose bids in sealed envelope, addressed to: Mr. Craig Wainio Executive Director Mountain Iron EDA 8586 Enterprise Drive South Mountain Iron, MN 55768 Clearly mark envelope in lower right-hand corner as follows: BID ENCLOSED PROJECT NAME: Heliene Facility Expansion OWNER NAME: Mountain Iron EDA PROJECT LOCATION: 8787 Silicon Way, Mountain Iron, MN 55768. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's Qualification Statement". A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with State of Minnesota Prevailing Wages. The selected bidder, if any, will be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for this Work. Owner reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.
