The work consists principally of providing bonds, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the replacement of 240 high bay Lights with high efficiency LED high bay fixtures. All bidding Contractors must hold the proper license from the State Licensing Board of General Contractors, Montgomery, Alabama. No bid will be considered unless the bidder, whether resident or non-resident of Alabama, is properly qualified to submit a proposal for this work in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Alabama. This shall include evidence of holding a current license as required from the State Licensing Board for General Contractors, Montgomery, Alabama with the classification being appropriate for this type of work. In addition, non-residents of the State must show evidence of having qualified with the Secretary of State to do business in AL.
