As of January 24, 2022, the project has been awarded to Triple R Fencing for $292,649.33. NCSU Reedy Creek Farm would like to contract the removal of old fence material and installation of new agricultural horse fencing at Reedy Creek Farm The scope of this project is to provide labor, materials, disposal, machinery, and expertise to install agricultural horse fencing according to the detailed plans provided within this bid. Pre-bid Site Visit: Plan to be at the sight from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. We will walk the grounds that this RFQ covers, so dress appropriately. Questions may also be submitted in writing to dmpantel@ncsu.edu prior to the prebid meeting. Questions received will be reviewed at the pre-bid meeting and may be answered in the form of an addendum after the meeting. No other vendor contact with the using department (regarding this bid) is allowed during the bid process. Unauthorized contact with the using department during the bid process may subject your quotation to rejection The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids and, unless otherwise specified by the bidder, to accept any item in the bid. If a unit price or extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded. Questions are due by 5:00 pm on 12/14/21.
