The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: to provide on-call and emergency repair and/or reconditioning services to pumps, motors, and related apparatuses for COR wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and lift stations. Work must be high quality and failed equipment brought to 'as-manufactured' condition. The City reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with firms based on price, location of services, hours of operation, and/or availability of services with minimum delay. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the quantity of work to be awarded under any as-needed service contract. While this RFP is for the City's wastewater pump and motor needs; The City reserves the right to add additional locations such as water treatment plants and pump stations that could benefit from this solicitation. No Pre-Proposal conference or site visit. Questions are strongly encouraged by the deadline.
