Site work for a stadium in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
The bids are for a single Prime Contract for a new indoor arena fence at the Equestrian Center. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated sub bids will not be accepted. Work is anticipated to commence upon award of contract. Work may begin immediatley following execution of the agreement & is scheduled to be sustantially complete January 31,2022, in one phase as shown on the contract. Work to be performed includes but not limited to removal and disposal of existing arena fence, fabrication and installation of a new steel and composite plank equestrian arena fence and other work identified in the Iowa Equestrian Center, Indoor Arena Fencing Replacement Contract Documents.
