Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The town of Rothesay is accepting tenders for the construction of approximately 150 m of new street construction, 150 m of concrete sidewalk and installation of (town supplied) signal infrastructure at the intersection of Clark Road and Spruce Street. Each tender shall include a bid bond equal to 10% of the overall tender price including HST. Each tender shall include a letter of good standing with Worksafe NB. Drawings and specifications may be purchased for the Rothesay Town office 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. The Town office is located at 70 Hampton Road in Rothesay. Bidders must having purchased a tender package from the Town and be subsequently registered as a "plan taker" to be considered eligible to submit a tender for consideration.
