The owner has selected a Construction Manager. an Effort Schedule that identifies the estimated man hours charged each month by each staff position over the course of the 2023 Middle School Renovation Project. These hours should be multiplied by an hourly billing rate that include wages and customary fringes per the Effort Schedule. In addition to a lump sum staffing cost, provide a monthly staffing cost that can be added to, or subtracted from, the lump sum cost once the construction duration has been determined. The Owner creates no obligation, expressed or implied, of any kind or description in issuing this 2023 Middle School Renovation Project RFP or receiving a Proposal. Neither this 2023 Middle School Renovation Project RFP nor any Proposal shall be construed as a legal offer. The 2023 Middle School Renovation Project is for the renovation, update and or remodel of the existing Tipton Middle School. The 2023 Middle School Renovation Project is currently anticipated to include, but not be limited to, renovations throughout various areas of the existing Tipton Middle School, including, but not limited to, all or any portion of the planetarium, the large group instruction room, the gymnasium, the science labs and classrooms, installation of new casework cabinetry, interior finishes and coverings, acquisition of furniture, replacement of demountable walls with permanent walls and re-coring of doors.
