The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) on behalf of the Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center (CCSSLC) located at 902 Airport Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78405 is seeking an experienced contractor to provide lawn, and ground maintenance services. The description of requirements, services, specifications for goods which may be required, and deliverables as provided in this Solicitation and any resulting Contract which the Contractor is required to provide. The required services to be provided are lawn, landscaping, tree trimming and grounds maintenance services for Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center (CCSSLC), which includes all its 110-acre campus as needed. Contractor shall inspect existing conditions prior to commencing work, including elements subject to damage or movement during the service or repair. Work surfaces/workable areas shall be inspected by the Contractor prior to commencing work. All deficiencies found but not covered by this Contract shall be reported to the CCSSLC designated facility representative. Contractor commencing work implies acceptance of work surfaces/workable areas, and any work deficiency shall become the responsibility of the Contractor.
