Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Requesting bids from qualified subcontractors. The project consists of construction of a shade structure, north parking lot and site improvements, west parking lot and site improvements, campus wide roofing replacement, alterations to south entrance perimeter fencing, alteration to elementary school lawn, and alternations to 12 ex isting buildings. The successful subcontractors will be required to execute a PSA Letter of Assent (LOA), whereby subcontractors agree to conform to all terms and conditions set forth in the PSA.Under Public Contract Code 3400(c)(2), the District or its designee, has made a finding that the following particular materials, products, or services are designated by specific brand or trade name in order to match other products i n use on the particular public improvements either completed or in the course of completion: Specification Section 08 71 00 Door Hardware: Key Lock Boxes, Specification Section 11 40 00 Food Service Equipment, Specification Section 28 31 11 Digital Addressable Fire Alarm System, Specification Section 32 18 13 Synthetic Grass Surfacing, Specification Section 32 84 00 Planting Irrigation Successful bidders will be required to enter into a PSA agreement. In addition, bidders are required to have both SDUSD and General Contractor prequalification. Submit RFI's via email to Ciaran O'Reilly at coreilly@soltekpacific.com no later September 2nd, 2021 at 3:00PM. Final addendum including RFI responses will be issued on September 10th 2021.
