The County of San Diego, Sheriffs Department, Has a Requirement for Uninterruptible Power Supplies (Ups) Maintenance, Service, Repairs, in Accordance With the Terms & Conditions Contained Within. See Scope of Work/specifications and Pricing Page for Description. Award Will Be Made for the Base Term Period From Date of Award Through June 30, 2023. All Years for Items Must Be Priced for Quotation to Be Considered: Base Term Period Including Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, and Option 4. Price Must Remain Firm Fixed for the Term of the Contract. Base Term Period: July 1, 2022, Through June 30, 2023 1 St Option Period: July 1, 2023, Through June 30, 2024 2 Nd Option Period: July 1, 2024, Through June 30, 2025 3rd Option Period: July 1, 2025, Through June 30, 2026 4th Option Period: July 1, 2026, Through June 30, 2027 Questions and Requests for Clarification Related to Definition or Interpretation of This Rfq Shall Be Requested in Writing via Email to Ivan.cruz@sdcounty.ca.gov Prior to the Close of Business March 21, 2022. Those Received After This Date May Not Be Answered at the Discretion of the County.
