The owner has selected a Construction Manager. Cleveland Metroparks is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk ("CMR") to provide professional Construction Services for the Tropical Bear Habitat Expansion Project ("Project") The project will involve the development of multiple expanded exterior exhibit yards and the rehabilitation of the interior bear holding facilities. The project site is located in the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo at 3900 Wildlife Way, Cleveland, OH 44109. The existing tropical bear exhibit is located on the opposite side of Rosebrough Tiger Passage in the Wilderness Trek portion of the Zoo.
