The City of Cleveland ("City"), Division of Water Pollution Control ("WPC"), through its Director of Public Utilities ("Director"), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing professional services to the Division of Water Pollution Control as General Engineering Services. These services are needed for the design of plans and/or construction of storm and sanitary sewers, wastewater facilities, replacement and rehabilitation projects, to complete Closed Circuit Televising (CCTV), heavy industrial cleaning of main sewers and sewer connections, and other related services identified in the Scope of Services section. The term of any contracts authorized under this section shall not exceed two years, with two one year options to renew The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions of them, to waive irregularities, informalities, and technicalities, to re-issue or to proceed to obtain the service(s) desired otherwise, at any time or in any manner considered in the City's best interests. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
