DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work for which proposals are to be received is for construction of design improvements of Central Park. Improvements include: formal entrance with archway at the corner of Pine and Broad Streets, new auxiliary pavilion and patio space, ADA accessible ramp, ornamental fencing with brick columns, earthwork, electrical expansions, and site lighting. A. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials required for the demolition, salvage and rework of equipment and materials. B. Contractor shall visit the site to determine the extent of work required for demolition and report all questions to the Architect before bidding. C. Contractor shall be responsible for disposing of all removed equipment. D. Contractor shall be responsible for removing and disposing of all supporting items associated with equipment being removed, including but not limited to: equipment pads, housekeeping pads, equipment racks, mounting brackets, fences, etc. Work for which proposals are to be received is for construction of design improvements of Central Park.
