Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Saint-Lazare, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Increasing the capacity of the Bédard sanitary pumping station. The scope of the project includes the demolition of the entire sanitary sewer network on avenue Bédar and construction of a new gravity sanitary sewer from Chemin Sainte-Angélique to the new pumping station that will require major road and paving work. The scope of the project also includes upgrades of the station itself, including the replacement of the pump system with more efficient pumps and replacement of the electrical equipment. TIMELINE: Working drawings are finalized. The project is on hold pending a decision from the competent authorities as the project passes through agricultural land. In the event of authorization, the owner expects issue a tender for the general contractor in late 2025 and start the work in winter 2026. If the approval is not granted, the owner will try to adopt another alternative that may postpone the request for tender for the work in 2026 and carry out the work in fall 2026 - winter 2027.
