Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint-Lazare, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 645-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Development of a Youth Centre in Saint-Lazare. The scope of work includes the construction of a recreation zone including a skateboard park, multifunctional track with access for cyclists and pedestrians, central public square (rest area), recreation center (including climbing wall, trampoline, basketball court), complete service building (approximately 60m2) including three toilets, extensive landscaping work. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in fall 2025. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling design of the project will be completed in early 2026, a tender for the general contractor being anticipated in spring of the same year.
