Reference number: 20065377 Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected contract duration without options (in months) 12 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-05-05 Project for : New soccer pitch and games module at Forest Hill Senior Primary School All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the opening date of the bids, representing 10% of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a cheque addressed to the Owner "Lester-B.-Pearson School Board, of irrevocable letter of guarantee or surety bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer licensed under the Insurance Act (R.S.Q., c. A-32) authorizing it to engage in surety insurance, a trust company licensed under the Trust and Savings Companies Act (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01), a Financial Services Cooperative under the Financial Services Cooperatives Act (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank as defined by the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c. 46), failing which the bid will be automatically rejected. This bid guarantee must be exchanged at the signature of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pawnshops, materials and services. When these guarantees are in the form of a guarantee, the amount of each of them corresponds to 50% of the contract price and when they are in the form of a certified cheque, the amount of each of them corresponds to 10% of the contract price.
