This project will consist of demolition of the existing Hometown Market building, with remediation or containment of asbestos-containing materials, and the site will be graded to positively drain and re-stabilized with grass. All bidders must be licensed by the State of Alabama Licensing Board of General Contractors, as required by Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended. The bidder shall be bonded and properly licensed. All bids must be submitted on provided bid forms and must be in a sealed envelope. A bid bond is required. The City of Oneonta reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bid process. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening has passed.
