The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from qualified companies to furnish and install 3,360 cubic feet of Virgin Granular Activated Carbon, and remove/dispose of a similar quantity, at the Water Treatment Plant. The Town of North Andover may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if it is determined that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of North Andover. Water Treatment Plant located at 420 Great Pond Road, North Andover. The Town of North Andover is seeking to award a one-year contract for the period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022
