GHID will be remodeling and adding to the existing Building B Headquarters building. The existing office portion will be remodeled and an addition will be added along the north side of the building. Granger-Hunter Improvement District is soliciting bids for the 20G: Building B Remodel/ Addition project in West Valley City. The Districts Building B Headquarters no longer meets the needs of the district. In order to meet the current and future needs of the district a remodel and addition will be done to the existing building. The work includes but is not limited to obtaining permits, project supervision, remodel of the existing office space and part of the mezzanine, addition at the north side of the building, and repainting the existing shop area.
