The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) has established a contracting opportunity to provide the following: Implement ExpressLanes on the 105 fwy corridor between 405 and 605 interchanges.. This project is detailed in the Scope of Services, Exhibit A. The resultant contract, if awarded,
will be state/locally funded and is subject to fiscal year funding Be prepared on an 8.5" x 11" page size with 1" left, top, bottom and right margins. Typing shall be
single spaced with a minimum font size of ten. Use of 11" x 17" (fold out sheets) for large tables, charts
or diagrams is permissible, but should be limited. Elaborate format is not necessary. This Scope of Work (SOW) is for design/construction Segment 2 and 3 with project limits from the 0.25 miles west of Central Avenue, with freeway widening beginning at the east end at approximately STA 450+25 eastbound and approximately STA 439+45 westbound to the end of the project at Studebaker Road intersection. The schedule of the design process is to target Ready-to-List (RTL) by May 2024. Segment 1 is from Sepulveda Boulevard to 0.25 mile west of Central Avenue which the design is under a separate contract.
The project limits are on I-105 (R0.5 -R18.1) and on I-110 (R13.8-14.8). The project would implement the selected alternative from the Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Assessment (EIR/EA) and Section 4 (F) de Minimis Evaluation. Note that the I-105 from R0.5-R2.0 and on I-110 between R13.8-14.8 is included for signage purposes only.
