Demolition, site work and new construction of a residential development in Pompano Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") is seeking sealed proposals from qualified developers to design and construct a residential multi-family development on a prominent site ("Site") located at the Northeast corner of NW 6th Avenue and NW 4th Street (1 Block North of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Boulevard in the City of Pompano Beach. The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) process is to select a qualified residential multi-family developer with proven experience, financial resources and professional expertise to develop a high-quality residential development. The Site is approximately 2.8 acres and consists of twenty-three (23) vacant parcels (excluding NW 4th Court) all of which are located one (1) block north of MLK Boulevard the northern boundary of the planned Pompano Beach Innovation District. Question Cutoff Date: 10/20/2021 02:00 PM (ET) The subject properties are located immediately north of City Vista situated along MLK Boulevard, the northernmost boundary of the Innovation District. While the CRA has acquired a majority of the property within the assembly area, not all properties were available for purchase. There are approximately four (4) properties contiguous to the redevelopment site that are either privately held. The subject property is contiguous with the exception of four (4) parcels at the southeast corner of the site separated by a privately owned parcel located at 420 NW 4th Court, Pompano Beach, Fl, 33060. Additional assembly of these parcels may be pursued by the successful proposer to aid in achieving the massing required for a successful development. The site is located in the NWCRA district and consist of twenty-three (23) aggregated parcels of land, bounded by NW 4th Street to the south, NW 6th Avenue to the west, NW 5th Street to the north and NW 4th Avenue to the east make up the site and totals 120,719 sq. ft. or approximately 2.8 acres. The subject properties (0-22) are zoned Transit Oriented (TO) within the Downtown Pompano Overlay District (DPOD).
