For the reconstruction of three blocks, approximately 945 LF, along Main Street (also known as Illinois Route 17) from east of Washington Street to Miller Street Major work items include: 8,853 SF of Sidewalk Removal, 743 LF of Curb Removal, 630.5 SY of Pavement Removal, 160 SY of Driveway Pavement Removal, 215.5 SF of Brick Sidewalk Removal, 4 Inlet Removals and 53.7 LF of Storm Sewer Removal, 790.4 SY of Aggregate Base Course TY B 4 and 117 SY of Aggregate Base Course TY B 6 , 916 LF of PCC B6.12 Curb, 7,114 SF of New PCC Sidewalk 5 , 117 SY of Brick Pavers, 50.3 CY of Concrete Steps and 115.6 LF of Pipe Handrails, 121 SY of PCC Driveway Pavement - 8", 4 Inlets and 53.7 LF of Storm Sewer, WM Quality 6 Diameter, 957 LF of Watermain C-900 8 Diameter, and supporting appurtenances including 10 Water Services, 3 Fire Hydrant Assemblies, Various Tapping Sleeves & Valves, 15 Decorative Street Lights, 1423 LF of Trenched UG Conduit, 218.5 LF of Pushed UG Conduit, 4 Pedestrian Flashing Beacons, 1 Controller Cabinet and Existing City owned OHE Electrical Demolition in close coordination with Ameren Award of bid is anticipated to be on Monday September 13th, 2021 with 100 Working Days to complete the project thereafter.
