Site work for a water / sewer project in Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@cantonohio.gov. The Project Cost is fairly estimated to be $100,000.00. The Project will involve the installation of 357 feet of 12" storm sewer lines along Eastpointe Blvd. NE. In addition, the Project will require the installation of two (2) new catch basins, the reconstruction of concrete streeting on Eastpointe Blvd. NE, additional asphalt work and site restoration. This is a major construction project that must be bid by the end of 2020. This Agreement is necessary to secure and preserve the health and safety of Canton residents and to protect the integrity of the City's storm sewer system. The parties to this Agreement understand and acknowledge the Project is critical to the economic development of the City of Canton and to advancing the goals appearing in the City's Comprehensive Plan. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION- (by 11/25/21)+ FINAL COMPLETION- within 30 calendar days of the Date of Substantial Completion The total estimated construction cost for the Base Bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $263,721.36.
