**As of October 22, 2021, the project was awarded to the low bidder, Wenger Exc. $1,310,222.75. The start and completion date has not yet been determined. Questions regarding specifications should be addressed in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@cantonohio.gov. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. All bidders will be required to comply with the City Contract Compliance Program regarding equal employment opportunity.
