Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pendleton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 19, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of replacement of piping to 77 water source heat pumps, from current 10 galvanizedpress fit piping to schedule 40 steel pipe. The pipe will be connected to the Victaulic tee at the main andinstalled as steel threaded pipe to each heat pump. Attempt will need to made to replace each individualportion at a time to limit impact. To replace the piping, the following listed equipment and services to be installed at the Umatilla CountyJustice Center, 4705 NW Pioneer Place, Pendleton, Oregon: Provide required schedule 40 steel pipe and fittings Provide isolation valves at each drop from main Provide isolation valves at each run Provide additional pipe support material where required Lock out /tag out condenser pumps Isolate condenser pipe where possible Drain condenser pipe Disconnect water source heat pump hose kit Demolition and removal of all schedule 10 press fit pipe Install Victaulic to threaded steel spool and isolation valve at main Install schedule 40 threaded pipe from main to each water source heat pump Install unions at service locations Install additional pipe hangers where required Reconnect water source heat pump hose kits Open new condenser piping runs to the system Leak check new piping Bleed air from piping Start up water source heat pumps Confirm proper operation
