The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Pavement Design, Utility Coordination, Roadway Design and Plans, Small Structure/Pipe Hydraulic Design and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations if necessary. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
