# of Firms to Select 1 Project Development Services - Road 3 HMA Overlays and 1 Pavement Replacement project in Knox, Daviess and Sullivan Counties This item includes Construction Contracts R-43981 (2100258), R-43983 (2100264) and R-43984 (2100265, 2100266). The selected firm will perform Design and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Abbreviated Engineering Assessment, Environmental Documentation, Permit Applications, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Services, Design & Plan Development, Pavement Design, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Title Research and Staking, as needed), Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. Other services such as Hydraulic Analysis, Ecological Surveys, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigation, and Wetland Mitigation, may be included later if these work types become necessary. INDOT will perform the Real Estate Acquisition Services, if needed. In their LOI, interested firms shall highlight US 41 HMA Overlay (Des 2100258) and SR 57 Pavement Replacement (Des 2100264) projects. The selected consultants fee proposal shall be 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
