The selected firm will perform design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to perform abbreviated engineering assessment, environmental documentation, all permits, survey, geotechnical investigations, road and bridge rehabilitation design, pavement design, hydraulic analysis, utility coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed), and construction phase services. Other services such as Ecological Surveys, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigation, and Wetland Mitigation, may be included later if these work types become necessary.
