The Project Scope is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The project is for the construction of three trail structures near the Thomas Crowder Woodland Center at the City of Raleigh Lake Johnson Park, including wood stairs, a wood boardwalk, and a foot bridge over a drainage feature. The Contractors scope shall consist of the removal of existing paving and vegetation as well as providing new concrete sidewalks and the trail structures noted. Refer to drawings and project manual for complete description of project scope. Questions will be received ONLY in written form. The deadline to submit written questions to the Landscape Architect is 5:00 pm local prevailing time on September 3, 2021. Every effort will be made to address questions and issue an addendum no later than 12:00 pm on September 8, 2021.
