This project includes the replacement of aging roofs on Research Buildings II, III, and IV, as well as the replacement and repair of existing sunshades on Partners III. Research Building II has a roof size of approximately 15,000 square feet, Research Building III is approximately 10,000 square feet, and Research Building IV is approximately 34,000 square feet. The work is located on Centennial Campus. Partners III was completed in 2004 and is also located on Centennial Campus. The current project authority is for advance planning only, but the selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option. The budget of $2,500,000 covers both design and construction. In order to offer architectural or engineering services, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
