The Department of Administration, Facility Management Division, is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for the Garner Road Complex at 3318 & 3320 Garner Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610. The services must be delivered in a professional and workmanlike manner, adhering strictly and completely to the specifications and terms provided. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option for up to two additional one-year renewals under the same terms and conditions, at the sole discretion of the State. Proposals must be submitted in compliance with all requirements, terms, and conditions described, including any attachments and addenda. Vendors are responsible for reading and complying with all instructions, exhibits, and addenda. This is an NC eProcurement solicitation using the Ariba Network platform, and an E-Procurement fee may apply. Vendors should review available training resources for the e-procurement system and remain compliant with all RFP instructions and updates.
